THE CLUB

One FC was founded with a simple yet powerful belief: football is more than just a sport. It is a tool for personal development, an educational framework, and a source of extraordinary opportunities for young people.

The club was created by three highly respected former professional players:

  • Blaise Matuidi – FIFA World Cup Champion with France in 2018
  • Kieran Gibbs – Former Arsenal FC player and England international
  • Sylvain Marveaux – Former Newcastle United FC midfielder

Through One FC, these three icons of international football are committed to passing on the values, discipline, and standards of the professional game to the next generation.

Our goal is to provide young players in Houston with a high-quality, structured environment that helps them grow — not only on the pitch but also as individuals. Our philosophy is built on a balance of performance, discipline, and enjoyment, within a safe, healthy, and supportive atmosphere led by passionate professionals who are deeply invested in youth development.

OUR HISTORY

One FC was launched in Miami with a clear vision: to provide young players with elite-level training without elitism, focused on individual progress and the transmission of core values.

Within just a few months, the club emerged as a respected and recognized force, thanks to:

  • A rigorous and proven training methodology
  • A customized player development program
  • Strong partnerships with specialized coaches, clubs, and educators
  • And most notably, our integration into MLS NEXT, the top-tier youth development platform in the United States

These collaborations have enabled One FC to offer:

  • Structured technical training
  • Targeted cognitive and physical sessions
  • An educational and supportive community built around football

ONE FC MORE THAN A CLUB

Our vision is grounded in three core pillars:

Athletic Excellence: Each player receives individualized attention and a tailored development plan to help them reach their full potential.

Human Development: We emphasize values such as respect, discipline, teamwork, and autonomy — shaping well-rounded individuals, not just athletes.

Access to Opportunities: We create real pathways through elite camps, scouting events, university scholarships, and even professional club connections, depending on the player’s level and aspirations.

MISSION

Our mission is to be the premier youth soccer development academy in the USA, as the only academy founded and led by three distinguished European players with extensive experience at top clubs like PSG, Arsenal, Juventus, Rennes, and Newcastle. We are committed to giving back to the soccer community by providing aspiring young talents with a unique and comprehensive development program. Our focus is on fostering skill, sportsmanship, and a love for the game, ensuring that every player reaches their full potential and thrives at any competitive level.
